Seating Plans – Version 1

We haven’t looked at the seating plans for quite a while and when we originally did, it was only a quick glance. Now that we’re up to almost 100 people, it was time to look at it all a lot more closely.

After some major tweaking of my original plans, we’ve now got something that looks much more sensible - and more importantly, much more workable, given that we’re now close to the room’s capacity.

No doubt they’ll be some fine-tuning as we get closer to the date, but we’re pretty confident we’ve got it as close to perfection as we ever will!

Wedding Admin

We spent a couple of hours today working on the following:

• The Formal Invitation
• The Briefing Pack
• The Charities we’d like to nominate in lieu of wedding gifts

Early days yet, but we’ll gradually refine all of these over the coming weeks and when we’re comfy with it all, we’ll post something here that’s a  bit more specific.

Let Them Meet Cake!

We trundled off to Hockley’s today to discuss the wedding-cake. We’d been inspired by Jo and Janet’s at their do, mainly because it was a little non-conventional in design – and we DO like bucking the trend!

We arrived just before 10, and Michael Hockley met us straightaway. After a bit of discussion, and a tour round the demonstration area, the decision was made

Suffice to say, it’s really unusual!!!

Progress with Keepsake: Micro-design and Honeymoon Itinerary

Ralph’s done some great work this week on tidying-up and micro-sizing the inserts. We should get some time this week to see how they print out.
